Friday, March 13, 6:00-10:00 pm at the UC Irvine University Club

Our most anticipated fundraiser of the year raises more than 60% of the funds our PTA spends each year. On the evening of March 13, our in-person event will include appetizers, dinner, entertainment, and a cash-bar alongside a silent auction on a wide range of items and a donation wine pull. The evening ends with a fun live auction on experience items (e.g. Principal-For-a-Day, vacations, sports tickets ) and class baskets.

No! There is no obligation whatsoever to bid or buy auctioned items! The only cost is your $80 ticket, which goes toward money spent on students.

This event is for adults only. Rainbow Rising will otter childcare ON CAMPUS For $40 / child ($20 each additional child), it reserved.

For the "Color the Canyon" theme, attendees will wear the color(s) of your student's grade(s) Casual, Formal, or anything in between works!

Seating is open, so you can sit with your friends and family. A VIP table that seats 10 will also be a rattle item!

The more the merrier, but no, this event can easily be a perfect opportunity for a "Mom's (or Dad's ) Night Out!

Similar to school jog-a-thons, one portion of funds  goes toward a "fund-a-Need specific cause (e.g., classroom furniture, MPR equipment). The second portion of money funds  our general PTA budget to spend on students and teachers:

• Popsicles in the Park

• Back to School Bash

• Spirit Wear

• Cottee # donut morning meetings

• Field trips (including 6th grade CIMI trip)

• Campus assemblies (e.g., BMX show)

• Recess art

• Talent show

• Musical theater program

• Girl Talk/ Guy Stutt ( 5th grade puberty support)

• Teacher funds  for classroom supplies

• Classroom holiday # end-of-year parties

• PTA Directory, School Yearbook

• Multicultural events ( International Day)

• Teacher Appreciation

• Field Day

A wide range of examples include:

• Tickets to amusement parks

• Beach gear, sports equipment, games

• Gift cards (restaurants, stores, spas )

• Lessons or coding, dance, martial arts

• Tutoring

• Duffy boat rentals

• "Kids Rule the School" ( bid on a special student and his/her teacher )

• Live auction and class basket items include Principal-Tor-a-Day, Mexico and Tahoe trips, Lakers tickets, and more!

Additionally, there will be RAFFLE TICKETS For a VIP table experience, which includes two premium parking spots, two bottles of wine, and a plated dinner!

Absolutely! Contribute to your class baskets, make cash donations as an underwriter, bid on online auction items or Kids Rule the School prior to the event AND/OR on silent-auction items during the event! Family and friends can also bid on online/silent auction items at any time, so share the website!
